• Mastermind business growth strategies to help meet organizational goals and objectives
• Build and nurture client relationships in order to continue winning new contracts
• Attend networking events and build industry connections in order to facilitate business growth-Develop, Segment, and manage b2b sales pipeline in Egypt
• Assess market opportunities and respond to them
• Plan, execute, and monitor a sales funnel across customer segments
• Analyze company sales performance and main KPI matrices
• Act as the focal point with Digified clients on commercial agreements
• Present Digified products and services to the sales pipeline
• Create sales materials per client segment that responds to products’ values across the customer life cycle
• Participate in managerial meetings
• Present reports on company sales progress to top management periodically
• Drive cooperation with team members for sales pipeline optimization
• Negotiate new projects and contract terms with new clients
• Clearly and regularly communicate with management and technical support colleagues
• Analyze and understand business requirements and break them down to new product lines.

Qualifications 

• 8-12 Years of experience on the commercial side
• Bachelor and advanced degree
• Previous experience in managing sales team and clients’ relations
• Previous experience in b2b telecoms, banking, and tech companies’ services
• Familiarity with sales tracking systems and software
• Excellent presentation skills in both Arabic and English

• Developing complex apps with a very advanced level of handling hardware and multithreading.
• Proficiency in the following skills and technologies is mandatory: Android SDK Java, SOAP, REST
• OO programming and design patterns
• WebServices and common APIs standard
• Garbage Collection desired but not required
• Proficiency Kotlin is a must
• Proficiency in image processing over android is a huge plus

Job Description:

• Plan, and manage the execution of backend systems
• Explain the technical trade-offs of different approaches, including estimating how long each will take to build.
• Advanced understanding of emerging web technologies.
• Maintain, contribute and adhere to our programming to the best practices and guidelines.
• Work with a team of UI designers, programmers, and machine learning engineers, to bring brand new concepts to market.
• Maintain confidentiality on all of the above, given the sensitive nature of some projects.
• Report periodically to management with progress
• Develop according to the latest standard and compliance of best practices.
• Engineer mindset to orchestrate product development with hands-on development.

Requirements

• BS degree in computer science, software engineering
• Ability to program confidently in a web language “Open Source Technologies” ( PHP, MYSQL, Python), preferably python
• Developed with at least one CMS framework or web application framework, preferable Django
• Exposure to front-end technologies and languages which power the web such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience with JS frameworks such as Vue is a plus.
• Either understanding or willingness to understand back-end for machine learning. Not MLops (although that’s a plus), but maintenance, and support for an ML-based framework.
• Experience with Git or another version control system.
• Ability to follow deployment processes, and further develop them.
• Hands-on Docker and Kubernetes.
