Amanleek is an end-to-end digital insurance platform that aims to digitize the purchase and management of insurance products.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Receive clients’ requests & claims, providing support to resolve their cases.
- On-board clients & ensure their familiarity with Amanleek after-sales benefits.
- Send Surveys to evaluate client purchase experience feedback.
- Engage with clients on regular basis with updates, reminders, etc.
- Conduct research on customer experience to get clients’ feedback when needed.
- Contact clients for renewal offers and renew their policies.
Requirements:
- 0-3 years of experience in customer service roles
- Excellent communication skills and ability to solve problems
- Positive attitude when engaging with clients across various touchpoints
- Shows a high level of empathy to clients and their issues while helping them
- Customer-focused & capable of building strong relationships with clients
- Highly organized and able to multi-task effectively
- Quick learner and willing to gain insurance products’ knowledge
- Good command of the English language
