We are looking for a data-driven growth geek to join our fast-growing multinational B2B2C Falak start-up working in the travel and hospitality tech on a consulting basis to grow and transform end-user engagement. Possessing leadership skills to clearly communicate the vision of growth for Fundok team and have a right-fit into the culture of the company.
Responsibilities
Test and optimize tactics for customer engagement and conversion rate optimization
Take ownership of the results, tracking critical metrics, and use them to drive decision-making for our next move
Formulate the growth strategy and implementation plan
Lead the operations and customer service teams to implement online and offline traffic acquisition and customer conversion to complete business growth goals
Monitor, Analyze and Act on performance and data
Develop and track suitable KPIs to best suit objectives
Conduct user research and segmentation analysis
Regularly analyze results, produce, communicate insights, user data, and user behaviors in multiple dimensions.
Dig out pain points of the products to define the customer acquisition strategy and programs for trial and freemium users, and to improve user experience.
