- Manage new client onboarding from start to finish.
- Create and implement engagement strategies to develop long-lasting and healthy customer relationships and carry out periodic health checks to avoid churn
- Drive retention and growth among our customers by understanding their business needs and helping them succeed
- Collect, analyze, and report insights on customer experience
- Proven track record of working in a customer-facing role (preferably in a SaaS or fintech company)
- Flexibility and ability to create structure in ambiguous situations and design effective processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership skills
- A proactive approach to solving issues
