Customer Success Specialist

PayNas is a cloud platform that provides hassle-free banking, HR management, and employee benefits in one place, and in a single workflow.

Responsibilities

  • Manage new client onboarding from start to finish.  
  • Create and implement engagement strategies to develop long-lasting and healthy customer relationships and carry out periodic health checks to avoid churn 
  • Drive retention and growth among our customers by understanding their business needs and helping them succeed 
  • Collect, analyze, and report insights on customer experience 

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of working in a customer-facing role (preferably in a SaaS or fintech company)
  • Flexibility and ability to create structure in ambiguous situations and design effective processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Strong leadership skills 
  • A proactive approach to solving issues
